The Music Messiah is Coming

Peace and Noise movement peace rock gigs that support the Jewish states fight against Hamas to bring a just peace to the Middle East.

Hamas and the Palestinian Solidarity Movement have twisted the Quran and are spreading lies and hate about Israel. You can't have a neighbour state that hates you and wants your destruction.

We aim to change the narrative and promote rock gigs that support the Abraham Accords.

Extremists are the problem on both sides and don't speak for the majority who want peace.

We will unite Israeli and Palestinian supporters at gigs around the UK.

The Abraham Accords

Support for a Jewish homeland is Zionism .Zionist artists bringing a peaceful solution through pursuing an extension of the Abraham Accords – a path to genuine peace and pragmatic partnership between Israel and Arab states, which could go on to support the establishment of future Palestinian statehood. That would see Hamas defeated, not rewarded.

Zionists are across the political spectrum, from the left to the right. left and right unite.

The Accords were named after Abraham to emphasize the common origins of the faith, the common roots of Judaism and Islam, as both are Abrahamic religions that strictly adhere to the monotheistic worship of the God of Abraham.

Israel is mentioned in the Quran, Bible and Torah. The Quran specifically uses the term "Bani Israel" Children of Israel to refer to the Israelites.

In Islam Moses, known as Musa is a highly revered prophet and messenger of God. He is one of the most frequently mentioned individuals in the Quran, with his name appearing 136 times.

Muslims believe Moses was chosen by God to guide the Israelites.  The Quran recounts the story of Moses, highlighting his role in leading the Israelites out of Egypt, his receiving the Ten Commandments, and his interactions with God

Siouxsie Sioux (and the Banshees) was an original Punk who inspired Goth and the bands biggest hit was Israel!

Our gigs will be a mix of rock (metal, punk, glam goth, reggae) something for everyone!

Peace and Noise rock gigs won't necessarily bring peace on their own but like Woodstock festival itself didn't directly end the Vietnam War, it significantly influenced the anti-war movement and the broader counterculture of the time.

influenced the peace movement the ending of the Vietnam war.

Our gigs will bring together all types of rock: Hard Rock, Soft Rock, Metal, Punk & Reggae.  Musicians brings change where politicians divide!

The Ramones were the first punk band formed in 1974 with two Jewish members the singer Joey and drummer Tommy. Motorhead were part of the NWOBHM (New Wave Of British Heavy Metal) but had punk attitude and loved by punks.  Motorheads track R.A.M.O.N.E.S shows his love of the band and Joey.

Zion is in our Heart

A magical and mystical place and home to the three Abrahamic religions

Zion is the hill of Jerusalem on which the city of David was built.

In Christianity the heavenly city or Kingdom of heaven

Lion in Zion

Bob Marly's Punky Reggae Party

Referring to the party of the title of the song, the lyrics mention several punk and reggae groups: "The Wailers will be there, the Damned, the Jam, the Clash – Maytals will be there, Dr. Feelgood too"

John Lydon (Johnny Rotten) of the Sex Pistols is a known lover of reggae music.

The Clash

Punk bands like The Clash incorporated reggae rhythms and covers into their music, demonstrating a deep appreciation for the genre. The Clash's version of Junior Murvin's "Police and Thieves" is a prime example of this fusion.

DJ Don Letts, a key figure in the punk scene, played a crucial role in introducing reggae to punks at the Roxy nightclub, leading to the concept of "punky reggae parties".

Bassist Tessa Pollitt of The Slits highlighted the deep influence of reggae on their music, describing it as their favorite music.

Zion Rocks

Ziggy Marley has a Jewish family and lives in Israel with his Israeli wife Orly Agai and their children. His children are being raised in the Jewish faith and have celebrated Jewish milestones like Bar and bat Mitzvahs in Israel.

Your Organiser

I'm Gary "ZZ Topol" Benjamin, a traditional Jew like Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof film played by Israeli actor Chaim Topol.

I have been a rocker for over 50 years and a Zionist since 1982 when I first went to Israel as a volunteer on Kibbutz.

I made Aliyah (emigrated) and lived in Israel for 4 years (2010-14). I am an Israeli citizen.

I have a long beard like the band ZZ Top and was an original 70s punk that was at the Clash "Rock Against Racism" gig in Victoria Park, Hackney.

I now look like Moses if he was a punk/metal/biker/wizard as I'm heavily tattooed.
